Quick steps
Open the workout in Workout Writer.
Review the workout preview.
Tap "Schedule on Garmin".
Select a date for your workout.
Depending on your Garmin settings, your workout should sync automatically to your watch for the correct date. Open Garmin Connect on your phone if you want to help it sync.

Make sure your Garmin account is connected in Workout Writer.
Create and preview your workout text in Workout Writer.
Confirm the structure looks correct before sending.
If a workout does not appear in Garmin Connect
Check that your Garmin account is still connected in Workout Writer settings.
Retry schedule from the same workout.
Check Garmin Connect again after sync has had time to complete.
