Using Workout Writer: turn a workout such as 6 x 3 min Threshold, 90 sec Easy into a structured session, review every step, and schedule it to Garmin without rebuilding it in Garmin Connect.
Quick steps
Open the workout in Workout Writer.
Review the workout preview.
Tap "Schedule on Garmin".
Select a date for your workout.
Depending on your Garmin settings, your workout should sync automatically to your watch for the correct date. Open Garmin Connect on your phone if you want to help it sync.

Create and preview your workout text in Workout Writer.
Confirm the structure looks correct before sending.
If a workout does not appear in Garmin Connect
Check that your Garmin account is still connected in Workout Writer settings.
